Charming Private Rooms in Tranquil Evanston Homes

The property is very clean and looks just like the pictures. Ernst was very proactive and clear in communication. The location is in a quiet, walkable neighborhood. Overall, I think this is a nice place to stay at an excellent value. My only small complaint was that my individual bedroom did not have air conditioning. There is very good air conditioning in the common areas, but because those areas are shared with other guests, if you want the privacy of a closed door it can get pretty hot in the bedroom. Despite that 1 critique, I still gladly gave 5 stars for the overall property, experience, and value!

I had a great stay at Ernst's home. it was quiet, I felt safe, he was responsive/helpful. The home was clean and it felt cozy. I would definitely come back if im ever im the area!
